  • Our soft play zones are designed for children up to age 7, offering a fun and safe space to climb, explore, and play!

    Please note: For the safety of all our little guests, the bounce house is recommended for ages 5 and under only with 3 play mates at a time.

  • CJ’s Play Kingdom is a mobile soft play rental business currently serving Winter Haven, Lakeland, and Bartow.

FAQs

  • For added safety and fun, grippy socks are available upon request at the time of booking for $3 per playmate. Just let us know if you'd like to add them, and we’ll include them with your setup!

    Parents entering the Play KIngdom must have grippy socks as well- no shoes please in respect of our Play Kingdoms.

  • Our standard play yard requires a space of at least 90 inches by 154 inches.

    If you’re including our large bounce house, you’ll need additional room—plan for approximately 122 more inches added to the 90-inch side (total: 212 inches), and 161 more inches added to the 154-inch side (total: 315 inches)

  • We offer flexible rescheduling for weather or emergencies. Please review our cancellation policy or contact us directly with any pressing concerns at 863- 307- 6321.

  • Yes! We’re happy to accommodate families who want more frequent fun. If you're interested in more than one Play Kingdom per month, just fill out our connection form, and we’ll reach out to discuss the details and set up a custom invoice that fits your needs.

  • Yes, absolutely! If you decide to upgrade to a membership within 24 hours of your first Play Kingdom experience, that booking will count toward your subscription.

    And if you didn’t use a discount on your first booking, we’ll apply an extra 10% off your second Play Kingdom to make up for those missed member perks—because we want you to feel the love from the very beginning!

  • No worries at all! If you skip a month, that Play Kingdom will roll over into your credits and remain available for the remainder of your 6 month subscription.

    If you have less than three months left in your subscription when it rolls over, you’ll still be able to use that credit for up to three months after your subscription ends or anytime within the first 3 months of the next 6 month subscription.

  • Yes, absolutely! We understand that life happens—whether it’s a vacation, a busy season, or a personal need. You can pause your membership at any time for up to 3 consecutive months.

    During each paused month, there will be a $20 holding fee to keep your membership active and your benefits ready when you're ready to return.
